As against the impugned order dated 25.08.2014 made by the Minister (Revenue) under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966 (said Code), the petitioner has instituted a review petition which is pending disposal.

In view of the pendency of the review petition, there is no reason to entertain the present petition.

However Mr. Bodake, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, makes a grievance that a review petition is not being disposed of. Ms. Bane, 'B' Panel Counsel makes a statement that the review petition will be disposed of within the period of 3 months from today. This statement is accepted. Accordingly, directions are issued for disposal of the review petition in accordance with law and on its own merits, within a period of 3 months from today.

This petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. All contentions of all parties are kept open.
