We find that after filing of the application seeking furlough by the petitioner on 29.12.2021, the petitioner has been granted furlough for 28 days from 11.11.2022 to 08.12.2022 and thereafter the petitioner surrendered on due date before the Prisoner Authority. This would make it clear that the application of the petitioner has already been granted and acted upon it and as such nothing survives in the petition.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
