The undertaking in the Consent Terms are accepted. The Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the Revision Application. The Respondent has no objection to allow the withdrawal and has stated so in the consent terms. 3) The Revision Applicant is hereby acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

4) In view of the foregoing, the Revision Application stands withdrawn.

5) All pending Interim Applications, if any, are disposed of.
