After the judgment is pronounced, learned counsel for the respondents-plaintiffs submits that the appellants be restrained from creating third party rights for a limited period to enable the plaintiffs to approach the apex Court.

The parties shall not create third party rights in respect of the suit property for a period of six weeks.
