I have heard the learned Senior Advocate for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State. 2.

The learned APP submits that the trial is almost over. 3.

The learned Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail for more than three years. It is submitted that there is no incriminating evidence at all against the present applicant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is permitted to fle an application for bail before the trial Court. If such application is fled, the trial Court shall decide the said application within a period of 15 days from the date of fling of such application without being infuenced by its earlier orders. 5.
