Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By order dated 1 February 2022, the Applicants have been granted interim protection from arrest in Crime No.5/2022 of Police Station Karmala, District Solapur (Rural), under Section 306, 504, 506 and 507 r/w. 34 of IPC, on condition of attendance of Applicant Nos.1 and 2, with the Investigating Officer. 3.

Learned APP, on instructions, from the Investigating Officer, states that the Applicant Nos.1 and 2 have reported to the Investigating Officer and have cooperated in the matter of Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

10-aba-255-2022.doc investigation. The Applicant No.3 who is a Major serving in the Army was exempted from such attendance.

Learned APP, in such circumstances, submitted that this Court may pass appropriate orders.

In such circumstances and looking to the nature of the allegations, the Criminal Application is disposed of, in terms of the order dated 1 February 2022, which is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that the Applicants shall continue to cooperate with the Investigating Agency and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence / witnesses.
