Mr. Patwardhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, invited our attention to the order dated 2nd February, 2021 thereby withdrawing the earlier order dated 16th January, 2021 passed by respondent no.1 by exercising powers under Section 73CC read with Section 157 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The copy of the order is taken on record.

In view of the order dated 2nd February, 2021 passed by the State Government, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as infructuous. Respondent No.3 is accordingly directed to proceed with the election process expeditiously.
