P.C.:- At the outset, learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer Mr. Vishal Hire, Dy. S.P. Karmala, submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is on the verge of completion and police will submit charge-sheet in the Court of Competent jurisdiction within a period of one week from today.
In view of the statement made by the learned APP, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Appeal with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, after the police submits charge-sheet in the present case or a stage under Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1/2
