This is an application for setting aside the order dated 05.11.2014 thereby restoring Civil Application (St.) No.20621 of 2014. Mr. Ghadge submitted that the only office objection was that the cause title of the Civil Application is not proper. He states that within 2 weeks from today, he will remove office objections.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. Civil Application (St.) No.20621 of 2014 is restored to the file of 1/2
