For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay in filing the application is condoned, the abatement is set aside and the legal heirs of original Petitioner No.4, who are sought to be arraigned as Petitioner Nos.4(a) and 4(b), are brought on record. The civil application is, accordingly, disposed of. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
