In the circumstances, we direct the Respondent No. 1­Scrutiny Committee to decide the Application for validity of caste claim of the Petitioner expeditiously and in any event, within a period of six months from today.

The Petitioner to appear before the Respondent No. 1­Scrutiny Committee on 22nd April 2019 at 11.00 a.m. when appropriate directions may be issued by the Respondent No. 1­ Scrutiny Committee.
