The learned counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to the affidavit in reply of the Shri Amardeep Raju, the Deputy Director of Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Government of India and the office memorandum dated 17th October 2013 which is annexed to the affidavit.

He states that in view of the said office memorandum, nothing survives in this petition.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
