Parties jointly request for quashing of FIR which is under sections 420, 463, 465, 471 and 34 of IPC.

Respondent No.2 the complainant is present with his counsel and reiterated the request.

Parties point out that in Special Civil Suit No.141/2012 compromise terms have been recorded by the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division Satara. It is also pointed out that when Anticipatory Bail request reached the Hon'ble Apex Court under SLP No.6488/2017 the Consent Terms have been arrived and the Hon'ble Apex Court has on 8/1/2019 found it not necessary to look into that request because of settlement. 4.

In view of this development we accept joint request and quash and set aside FIR No.185 dated 24/12/2016 at Shirval Police Station, Satara.
