The learned AGP for the State tenders a copy of the order dated 27.11.2020 passed by a Division Bench of this court in Writ Petition (ST) No.96498/2020 filed by Sujata Shankar Ingaldar Vs. State of Maharashtra along with companion petitions and would submit that the validity of the Government Resolution dated 21.12.2019 issued by the State Government is subject matter of those petitions pending before the Aurangabad Bech. She submits that in view of the order dated 27.11.2020 passed by this court, as the Petitioner herein has impugned a part of the said Government Resolution dated 27.12.2019, this matter shall also be transferred to the Aurangabad Bench.

18.4488.21-wp.odt does not dispute that the Petitioner has impugned a part of Government Resolution dated 27.12.2019 and the validity of the said Government Resolution is pending before the Aurangabad Bench.
We, accordingly, direct the Registry to take immediate steps for transferring this petition to the Aurangbad Bench. Ad-interim relief granted by this court on 16.09.2021 to continue till further orders.
