This is an application for Anticipatory Bail in connection with C.R.No. I-704 of 2019, registered with Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, District- Solapur, for offences punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. Subsequently Section 326 was added.

The case of the complainant is that, on 29th December 2019, accused Hanmant Bhosale, Bhamabai Bhosale, Radhika Bhosale and the applicant had entered into the field of the complainant and started destroying the crops. On questioning by complainant's wife, scuffle took place. The accused assaulted the complainant and his
R.V.Patil 2 wife. The co-accused Hanamant Bhosale had bitten the ring finger of the complainant. The applicant assaulted by wooden stick on back and leg of the complainant. Two other co-accused who were ladies were attributed role of assaulting wife of the complainant. The cross case has been registered vide C.R.No.700 of 2019, with same Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC. Hanamant Bhosale sustained head injury. The complainant Sadashiv had sustained injury to ring finger and over head. Wife of the complainant Parvati had sustained blunt trauma. Considering the facts of this matter, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.
ORDER
(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 311 of 2020 is allowed; (ii) In the event of the arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R.No. I-704 of 2019 registered with Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, District- Solapur, the Applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(iii) The applicant shall report to the investigating officer on 10th, 11th and 12th of February 2020 between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m, and thereafter, as and when called for till filing of the charge sheet;
R.V.Patil 3 (iv) The applicant shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not tamper with the evidence;
(v) The Application stands disposed of.
