The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order passed by the Trial Court allowing amendment in exercise of power under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908. Undisputedly, amendment application was filed before commencement of trial. Hence, considering the reasons assigned in the impugned order, no interference is called for. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
