The Applicants, apprehending arrest, in connection with investigation of Crime No.156/2021 of Police Station Mhaswad, District Satara, under Section 384, 385, 386, 387, 392, 452, 323, 504 and 506 r/w. 34 of IPC, are seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
The aforesaid crime is registered on the basis of the complaint lodged by Jijaba Dyandeo Shinde on 6 September 2021. The incident in question has happened on 1 September 2021 at about 6.00 a.m., when the Applicants are alleged to have gone to the house Mamta Kale page 1 of 3
of the informant asking for money on account of the previous incident dated 31 August 2021, failing which threatening to lodge a complaint under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act. The material allegation is that an amount of Rs.3,000/- was snatched from the Complainant Jijaba Shinde.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused record.

The record disclosed that on 1 February 2022, this Court had granted interim protection to the Applicants on condition of attendance.

Learned APP states that the Applicants have reported to the Investigating Officer and have cooperated in the investigation. He submits that the investigation is practically complete and the chargesheet will be filed shortly.

Considering the over all circumstances, the following order is passed.
ORDER
(i) In the event of their arrest, in connection with investigation of Crime No.156/2021 of Police Station Mhaswad, District Satara, the Applicant No.1 Kiran Mamta Kale page 2 of 3
Vitthal Bansode and Applicant No.2 Pramod Nandkumar Lokhande, be released on bail on executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties each, in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer, as and when required and shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency.
(iii) The Applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence / witnesses.
(iv) The Criminal Application is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
