By order of 1st July, 2024, Chartered Accountant was directed to recalculate the amount within period of two weeks. This Court is informed that the office of the Chartered Accountant has been shifted and therefore the parties could not contact the Chartered Accountant. It is further submitted that now the Chartered Accountant has been contacted and will carry out the exercise as directed by the order of 1st July, 2024.

Considering that the office of the Chartered Accountant had shifted and the Chartered Accountant could not be contacted, the Chartered Accountant is directed to recalculate the amount within a period of four weeks. By consent, the professional charges of the Chartered Accountant is required to be borne equally by both the parties.
