This Civil Application is taken out for setting aside order dated 12th January 2016 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). By said order dated 12th January 2016, conditional order of removal of office objections was passed. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that in Second Appeal, notice has not been issued and none appears for the Respondents. He further states that the Second Appeal is not yet admitted.
