This application has been sent by the applicant from the jail praying that the substantive sentence of imprisonment be suspended and he be released on bail pending the decision of the appeal. The applicant has also prayed that a counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent him in the pending appeal.

It appears that the applicant had earlier filed Criminal Application No.1642 of 2014 which was allowed and Ms. Apeksha Vora, counsel from the Legal Aid Panel had been appointed to represent the applicant in Page No.1 of 2
