The Applicant is accused in Crime No.319 of 2017 registered with Rajarampuri Police Station, Kolhapur for the offence punishable under Sections 403, 406, 418, 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned Judicial Magistrate (First Class), Kolhapur by order dated 10 October 2019 granted bail in the aforesaid crime. The application was thereafter made for cancellation of bail by the State and the learned Magistrate by order dated 4 December 2019 cancelled the bail of the present Applicant. The learned Additional Sessions Judge rejected the Revision Petition filed by the present Applicant against the order of cancellation of bail by order dated 25 November 2020. 3.
