Heard Mr. Thorat, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant.

The Interim Application is taken out for setting aside order dated 16th September 2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) by which conditional order was passed of granting four weeks time for removal of office objection, failing which the registration of Second Appeal alongwith Interim Applications were directed to be refused.

Mr. Thorat, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Second Appeal is not yet admitted and notice was not issued in the Second Appeal.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). 5.

The Applicant is granted twelve weeks time for removal of office objection.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
