Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh bail application after six months, if trial is not concluded.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is behind bar for more than four years and six months. The trial has not been concluded as only six witnesses have been examined out of fifty witnesses. Moreover, this Court (Coram: N. J. Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial as directed by this Court (Coram: N. J. Jamadar, J.) vide order dated 25th September, 2024.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant, the bail application is disposed off with liberty to the Applicant to file fresh bail application after six months, if trial is not concluded.
