In view thereof, opinion given by the learned District Judge-3 Solapur as of today does not survive. 2) Accordingly, we direct the Competent Authority to reconsider the Application of the Petitioner afresh, for grant of remission in pursuance of Circular issued by the Government of Maharashtra dated 3rd June, 2017 on the occasion of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar.
