Heard learned Counsel for parties.

This Civil Application is for condonation of delay of 57 days in filing Revision Application. Certain reasons have been set out in para 4 of the Civil Application. Considering the length of delay, the explanation offered is sufficient. However, it is appropriate that the Applicant pays costs to the Respondent No.1landlord. Accordingly, Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to the Applicant paying Rs.7,500/ (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) in favour of the Respondent No.1. The costs to be deposited within a period of two weeks from today. Once deposited, the Respondent No.1 shall be at liberty to withdraw the same unconditionally.

Civil Application is disposed of.

Insofar as rest of the reliefs in the Civil Application are concerned, the same will be considered at the stage of hearing the Civil Revision Application for admission.

Place the Civil Revision Application on 29/09/2015 (on Supplementary Board).
