The Applicant apprehending his arrest in connection with the investigation of Crime No. 989 of 2020 registered with Karmala Police Station, Dist. Solapur under Section 354, 354D, 504 and 509 of I.P.C. and Section 67 and 67A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, is seeking pre-arrest bail. 2.

The Applicant is said to be a family friend of the victim, who is a married lady and the allegation is that the Applicant had made a video call to the first informant, flashing his nude explicit images to her. This Court by order dated 04.02.2022 has granted interim protection to the Applicant inter alia on the condition of attendance and surrender of particular mobile phone as referred Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

38 aba 285-22.doc in the said order. The learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions states that mobile phone with two sim cards has been surrendered before the Investigating Officer and relevant property search and seizure forms are produced on record and marked "X" for identification.

The learned APP submitted that this Court may pass appropriate order in view of the statement so made. 4.

In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of in terms of order dated 04.02.2022, which is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that Applicant shall continue to co-operate with the investigating agency and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence/witnesses.
