At the outset, Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP states that the Charge-sheet will be filed within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

In view of the above statement, Mr. Wable, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court after filing of the Charge-sheet. 3.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
