In Crime No. 667/2018 registered with Tembhurni Police Station, Dist. Solapur for offence punishable under Sections 379 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 15 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, applicant is seeking prearrest bail.
2 903.2245.19 aba.doc The learned counsel for the applicant submits that coaccused who is similarly placed is already protected by this Court. The perusal of F.I.R. depicts that the coaccused has named the applicant as a person who is custodian of stolen property. There are four criminal antecedents. No case for bail is made out. Hence, application stands rejected.
