This is an application received through jail for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case NO.3 of 2014. Since this application was received through jail, learned Counsel Shri Joshi was appointed as Amicus Curie to assist the court in the matter. 2.

Since the applicant had not given the details of the case, the learned APP was directed to give particulars such as crime number, particulars of the court before which the case is pending etc. 3.

The learned APP submitted that the charge was framed on pps

3 appln 71-16.doc 29.1.2016 and the trial has already commenced. It was posted for trial on 20.2.2016. Since the case is comparatively new, I am not inclined to direct disposal of the case in a fixed time frame. Nonetheless, the learned Sessions Judge shall make an endeavor to dispose of the case as early as possible.

Copy of this order be served on the applicant through the Superintendent of Jail.
