Heard Mr. Tanaji Mhatugade, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. P.G. Sawant - learned AGP for the State. 2.
On 19th September, 2017, Writ Petition was placed for orders before this Bench. This Court directed the applicant to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks failing which petition would stand dismissed without reference to the Court. The petitioner did not remove office objections and therefore, the petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections. 3.
The applicant has explained the delay in filing the application.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). The delay is condoned.
