The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the present Petition filed before this Court there is challenge to an Order of externment passed by Respondent No. 4 externing the Petitioner from certain areas for a period of two years from the date of Order. 2.

Being aggrieved by an Order, an appeal was also preferred before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority could not find any merit and Appeal is dismissed. The counsel for the Petitioner further submits that during the passage of the time the period for externment also completed.

As such, the Petition has become infructuous. In view of this fact, the Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
