Mr. Utkarsh Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that in the Writ Petition, the challenge is to the legality and validity of the order, by which approval for the promotion to the post of Headmaster is rejected, however, he states that by subsequent order dated 30th July 2021, the said approval is granted. He, therefore submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
