Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

By an order dated 1st February, 2018, this Court had considered the application on merits and had granted interim relief in favour of the Applicant upon depositing an amount of Rs.26,000/- in this Court which was in respect of the complainant alone. It is the case of the prosecution that the Applicant herein was running marriage bureau in the name and style 'Rajkishor VadhuVar Suchak Mandal'. In the course of hearing of application, on 16th April ,2018, the learned APP had brought to the notice of the Hon'ble Court that there were V.A. Tikam 1/2
several people who ad registered with Rajkishor Vadhu-Var Suchak Mandal and the total amount according to the prosecution is Rs.5,29,800/-. 3.
The learned counsel for the Applicant, upon instructions, submits that the Applicant is willing to deposit the same within six weeks with the Registry of this Court without prejudice to his rights.

In view of this, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence the following order.
ORDER
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- and one or more solvent sureties in the like amount. (iii) The Applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,29,800/- in the Registry of this Court within six weeks from today.
(iv) The Applicant shall report to the concerned police station, as and when called.
