In crime No.657/2017 for offence punishable under sections 328 of the Indian Penal Code and 65F of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 registered with Solapur police station, the applicant is seeking pre­arrest bail.

The report of the Chemical Analyser as regards the sample drawn from the spot of incident justifies the prosecution case.

The raid was carried out against the applicant in view of information received and it is the case of the prosecution that the applicant ran away from the spot. The spot panchanama and above document speaks of 147 barrels containing raw materials for brewing illicit liquor was found and destroyed on the spot. 5.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the prayer for grant of pre­ arrest bail is liable to be rejected and the same is rejected. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
