DATE: 4th MAY, 2018 P.C.:­ 1] Learned counsel for the Petitioner has moved this Court for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 26th April 2018. She submits that in paragraph No.6, line No.2 of the said order, the word "respondent" needs to be substituted by the word "Petitioner". She further submits that in paragraph No.6, line No.3 of the said order, the date "20th June 2018" needs to be substituted by the date "7th September 2013".

WP-1542-18.sxw 2] Accepting the said submission, the order dated 26th April 2018 is accordingly modified and in para 6 of the said order, in line No.2, the word "respondent" is substituted by the word "petitioner". In line No.3 of the said para, the date "20th June 2018" is substituted by the date "7th September 2013". Para 6 of the said order shall now read as under:­ "6.

The respondent­Education Officer is therefore directed to grant approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Shikshan Sevak with effect from 7th September 2013. On completion of three years of period as Shikshan Sevak, Education Officer shall grant approval to the Petitioner as Assistant Teacher. The regular salary be paid to the Petitioner from the month of 01st July, 2018. The arrears shall be paid within six months from today."
