The petitioners / original defendants are challenging the impugned order against whom the Appellate Court has granted injunction on 1 January 2018. Since 1 January 2018 there is injunction running against the petitioners. Hence, at this stage no interference is called for.

However, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioners open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of. 3.

Hearing of the suit is expedited.
