The Petitioners have challenged an order dated 27.08.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Kolhapur pursuant to which the Tahasildar, Karwar has issued a notice on 07.01.2020 intimating that the order passed by the District Magistrate shall be implemented by him. 2.

The Petitioners have an efficacious alternate remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 before Debts Recovery Tribunal. We decline to grant relief in the Writ Petition. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
