Trupti 903-caw-3025-17.doc 3.
On perusal of the earlier orders, it appears that the learned Counsel for the applicants did not bother to remain present and, therefore, this Court by order dated 19th January, 2017 dismissed the Petition. Hence, the Civil Application for restoration of the Petition was made. Though the circulation was taken earlier, he did not remain present. Hence, Civil Application is dismissed. 4.
In view of dismissal of the Civil Application, Writ Petition does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed of. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
