None appears for Respondent Nos.2 to 5, when the matter was called out. Till date, no affidavit-in-reply is filed by the Respondent Nos.2 to 5. We have perused the prayers.

The Petitioner seeks Order and directions against the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to decide the Application dated 23rd September 2016 and Applications dated 28th May 2018 and 7th December 2020 under Voluntary Retirement Scheme (VRS) made by the Petitioner. 3.

Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that since the date of tendering Application for VRS, the Petitioner is not working Pg 1 of 2

He submits that the Respondent No.2 to 5 are not deciding the Petitioner's VRS Application hence the Petitioner is suffering tremendous prejudice. Accordingly, we direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 5 to decide the Applications described in prayer clause (b) of the Petition within four weeks from the date of communication of this Order. The Petitioner is directed to convey this Order to Respondent Nos.2 to 5 for information and compliance.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. The Order passed on the said Application by Respondent Nos.2 to 5 shall be communicated to the Petitioner within one week from the date of passing of the said Order. No Order as to costs.
