Mr. Bodake, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in Interim Application No.1162 of 2022 submits that the said Interim Application is already allowed by order dated 7th May, 2025. However, inadvertently amendment has remained to be carried out. He states that amendment will be carried out forthwith.

Both the learned Counsel state that the parties are senior citizens, therefore, hearing of the Second Appeal be expedited. 4.
