Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
This application is preferred by acquiring body for stay of operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 24.7.2012 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Karad in LAR No.19 of 2003 granting enhanced compensation to the tune of Rs.63741/ to the respondent original claimant.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this court by order dated 3.4.2014 granted ad Mohite 1/2
7 caf971-14.doc interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a). He submits that before granting adinterim relief by this court they deposited entire decreetal amount in the Reference Court and that amount was withdrawn by the respondent claimant on 21.4.2014 i.e before granting any stay.
In view of these facts, nothing survives in the Civil Application. Same stands rejected.
