This application is preferred to recall the Judgment and Order dated 12th July, 2013 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.125 of 2012. However, both, the Applicant and his learned counsel, are absent when the matter is called out, even at 4:30 pm. 2.

Perusal of the order dated 12th July 2013 reveals that, on that day and day before it also, none was present for the Applicant-Petitioner and as a result thereof, this Court has decided the Petition after going through the same and dismissed the same with costs quantified @ Rs.1,000/-. 3.
