The petitioner is challenging order passed by the Tahasildar dated 22 July 2015 recalling order dated 23 June 2015. 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner relied on the judgment of Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.7452 of 2015 and connected matters (Dhanashetti Ramann Rajmane & Anr. Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors,) decided on 6 April 2018. Relying on observations made in paragraphs 6 and 7, the petitioner is permitted to agitate his rights before the Civil Court. 3.

In case, the petitioner approaches the Civil Court, the grievance of the petitioner shall be considered on merits unaffected by the order passed by Tahasildar or contentions raised
