P.C.:- 1) Record indicates that, the notice issued by the Petitioners under Section 127(1) of the MRTP Act dated 5th August, 2019 to the Commissioner of Respondent No.5 was a premature notice. 2) In view thereof, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to issue a fresh notice under Section 127(1) of the MRTP Act to the concerned, after completion of 10 years as contemplated under Section 126 of the MRTP Act and to adopt necessary further proceedings in that behalf.
