1. By this writ petition, the petitioner union challenges an order dated th December, 2017 at Exhibit C-3B in Complaint (ULP)no.24 of 2017. By the impugned order, the Industrial Court dismissed the application. Mr. Jadhav, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that vide application Exhibit C-3B the petitioner had sought framing of a preliminary issue on maintainability and that this issue is still pending before the Industrial Court.

2. Having considered the impugned order and the submissions, I find that there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order except to observe that all issues raised before the Industrial Court that are pending and which are urged by the concerned parties will be taken 1/2
