Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The grievance of the petitioners is that the application made by them cannot be heard by the Principal Secretary of the Industries Department but it should be heard by the concerned Hon'ble Minister. If that be so, it is for the petitioners to raise this issue before the Principal Secretary when the matter is fixed before him on 11th February 2015. It is obvious that if the Principal Secretary is satisfied that he does not have power to decide the application, he will do the needful. We, however, make it clear that under the order dated 14th

wp1293 January 2015, this Court had made no adjudication on the question as to which is the appropriate authority to decide the application made by the petitioners.

Subject to what is observed above, petition is disposed of.
