The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 397 of 2021 registered at Akkalkot North police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 325, 452, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

According to the prosecution on 13.08.2021 the applicant MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

37-BA-477-22.odt alongwith the other co-accused assaulted complainant by stick and kick and fists blows, and attempted to kill him. 5.

I have perused the injury certificate. There are two injuries and both are on non vital parts of the body. First injury is fracture of left metacarpal and second injury is fracture of right hand ring finger. There are no criminal antecedents. The investigation is over. The applicant is in jail for more than one year.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail. Hence, the following order: (i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 397 of 2021 registered at Akkalkot North police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 325, 452, 504, 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, he shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. ( N.R. BORKAR, J. ) MJ Jadhav 2 / 2
