We have gone through reply affidavit and the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of respondent State. Affidavit sworn by Sub­ Divisional Officer clearly indicates that all the encroachment on the said land has already been removed and the possession of the same has been handed over to the society through Liquidator who was holding the charge of the society at that time. In the circumstances,

2 19.36.10 PIL we find that nothing survives in this petition, however, we grant liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation, if there is still any encroachment on the land in question. With aforesaid liberty, petition stands disposed of. In view of the disposal of petition, civil application also stands disposed of.
