The respondents filed an application in an execution petition arising out of award passed in proceeding under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The Trial Court recorded a finding that the respondents have right, title and interest in the suit property and, therefore, they are necessary party in the execution petition. Hence, no interference is called for. The writ petition is dismissed. 2.
