Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and learned APPs appearing for the State in all writ petitions. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the statutory appeals have been filed and are pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Pune in respect of the subject matter in the present batch of petitions. We direct the Divisional Commissioner, Pune to decide the pending appeals within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and pass a speaking order thereon after according an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties in accordance with law.
